RTI Expands Thermal Solutions
Robson Technologies now offers device level temperature testing with TEC heaters and chillers built directly into the socket's lid. Air cooling and liquid cooling options are available and programmable for up to four unique test sites. Lids are manufactured to mount directly to RTI's line of customizable test sockets.
