RTI's AutoTrace Curve Tracer

A scaled down version of the MultiTrace curve tracer with 4 switch matrix channels and from 54 to 216 pins. Two Channels have the FET switches and two channels have Relays. Having half as many sources but still capable of performing almost all of the same applications, the AutoTrace curve tracer is perfect for smaller organizations who need basic curve tracing capabilities. This system is designed to interface with our 950 series test fixture.
