Robson Technologies, Inc.

RTI has complete in-house design capabilities for 3D mechanical design using SolidEdge, and PCB design using Mentor Graphics PADs and CAM 350. In addition, RTI uses schematic capture programs, 2D drafting programs and CAM programs to complement the above as required.

Manufacturing capabilities include in-house CNC milling and high-speed CNC micro-drilling equipment used for prototypes and production. In addition, RTI has close working relationships with several local contract machine shops to supplement our production requirements for peak production loads. All mechanical assembly and test is performed in-house.

All PCB design is done in-house. RTI works closely with several PCB fabrication houses for production of the boards. These houses are capable of cost-effectively producing state-of-the-art PCBs including plated-over vias and very fine line technology. All PCBs are 100% electrically tested prior to assembly. RTI also uses a local contract assembly house for board stuffing and wave solder if required. All final assembly and final test is performed in-house.

RTI has all the necessary equipment for quality control including high power digital microscopes and continuity test equipment. We have also built specialized mechanical and electronic test equipment for qualifying and testing the test probes used in our sockets.

RTI's present facility is located in downtown Morgan Hill, California, about 35 miles south of Silicon Valley.
