Flexible Breakout Circuitry for BGA
This rigid flex circuit allows signals from a fine pitch BGA to be brought out to 4 connectors. The flex circuit has solder balls to re flow to the customer's application board. An RTI pogo pin socket then mounts to the top of the adaptor.
High Speed Coaxial Test Adaptor
This assembly has a pogo pin interposer that enables 8 high speed signals to be isolated from the application board and be brought out to 8 coaxial connections.
