Flexible Breakout Circuitry for BGA
This rigid flex circuit allows signals from a fine pitch BGA to be brought out to 4 connectors. The flex circuit has solder balls to re flow to the customer's application board.
High Speed Coaxial Test Adaptor
This assembly has a pogo pin interposer that enables 8 high speed signals to be isolated from the application board and be brought out to 8 coaxial connections.
