RTI Socket Designs and Features
What information do I need to provide to get a quotation?
This can vary, depending on RTI's product of interest. Design drawings of your device under test - even preliminary drawings - in addition to any electrical/mechanical requirements help RTI identify a solution that is best suited for your needs and your budget. The more information you can provide to RTI up front, the more comprehensive and competitive your quotation will be.
What's included in the quoting process?
Depending on the complexity of the quoted project, it can take between a day and a week to formalize a quotation. The quoting process includes an initial conversation between you and an RTI's sales engineer, a possible budgetary quotation, continuing the conversation if revisions are necessary, then submitting a formal quotation which is typically valid for 30 days.
Who do I contact to get a quote?
Do you have a catalog of products I can order from?
No. Also, RTI does not offer off-the-shelf products. RTI specializes in providing customized solutions tailored to fit your needs. Products seen on RTI's website were built to specific customer specifications.
Can you work under my company's NDA?
Yes, if it is a mutual/bi-lateral Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). RTI also has an NDA form in place which can be signed before discussing any confidential aspects of your project. If using your company NDA is required, please submit it
to our sales team and we will review your terms.
