Standard FA/ENG Fixture: A low profile bench top test fixture consisting of a test socket and interface board (Mini-card or Daughter Board). Systems are designed to maximize versatility, reduce long term cost of test, and interface with popular FA test systems. Many models observe tight clearances required by micro probing stations and microscopes.
