RTI 950-128 FA Test Fixtures
The 950-128 series is similar to the 950-096 series except it is designed for packages up to 128 pins and the interface to test equipment or switch boxes is through standard 64 pin ribbon cables. It can be used for both topside probing and backside emission. Heated versions are also available for both topside and backside applications. It uses RTI's sockets specifically designed for FA applications. Optional brackets can hold BNC or SMA connectors. The sockets mount on RTI's 128 mini-cards which interface to the test fixture using pogo pins. The 128 mini-card can also contain a heater and temperature sensor for liquid crystal or temperature testing.
Heated Options (for most fixtures using the 1133 sockets)
Heated fixtures have a heating element and temperature-sensing device (RTD or Thermistor) built into the mini card assembly or the lid. An RTI temperature controller is required for operation.
