RTI's 950-384 Series FA Test Fixture
The RTI 950-384 series of FA fixtures is very similar to the 950-096 series, except it is expanded to test packages between 196 and 768 pins and does not use the mini-cards. All the design features of the 950-096 series are available including top side heated and non-heated, and back-side heated and non-heated. Most of the 950-384 family add-on fixtures will also work with the 950-096 fixtures.
950-384 daughter card
Shown here with Yamaichi connectors and an RTI 1141 socket. The daughter card can interface to a variety of fixtures, including the Curve Trace PGA adaptor, or connector breakout fixture (as seen below). If necessary, cables can be attached directly to the connectors on the top side of the board.

950-384 Cable break-out board
The connectors on the bottom of the 950-384 daughter card shown above mount to this board, breaking out the connectors to a more organized orientation. This low profile combination allows for clearance to fit under a probe station or in a dark-box. This also allows 950-384 daughter cards and 950-096 fixture bases to be replaced quickly without disconnecting the cables.

Heated Options (for most fixtures using the 1133 sockets)
Heated fixtures have a heating element and temperature-sensing device (RTD or Thermistor) built into the mini card assembly or the lid. An RTI temperature controller is required for operation.
