The 962-384 series fixtures use round daughter cards. The daughter cards are designed to have up to 384 signals and power supply and sense lines. The daughter cards interface to other PCBs and equipment using a standard RTI pogo-ring. The 900-1133, 1141, and 1192 sockets can be used with this series. The daughter boards can be designed for both DC test and high frequency testing by using ground planes and controlled impedance fabrication. This series of FA fixtures are not designed to use RTI’s heaters and are for top side test only. RTI has designed standard interfaces to other test equipment including the NextTest Maverick test system as shown below.

Heated Options (for most fixtures using the 1133 sockets)

Heated fixtures have a heating element and temperature-sensing device (RTD or Thermistor) built into the mini card assembly or the lid. An RTI temperature controller is required for operation.
