Job Qualifications
Must be customer service driven and be a self-starter who can work independently and follow through. Must have ability to multi task and have excellent English writing and communication skills. Must have advanced skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be personable and have good organizational skills. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and web design is very beneficial. Prior sales experience and college degree useful but is not required. Salary is based on experience and capabilities. Part-time is possible depending on hours available.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include: generating quotations, non-technical communication with customers, entering and tracking orders, coordinating and tracking production schedules, followup with customers, non technical support for outside sales representatives, coordination of sales literature, trade show support, and other sales and coordination responsibilities as assigned. Depending on experience, responsibilities can also include coordination of product photographs, generation of product literature, and web design and support.
