RTI's team has many years of experience in providing innovative solutions for test interfaces. Key members of our design and management team are listed below. Other team members support the design efforts, assembly, and administration functions.
Bill Robson, Founder and Chief Technical Officer
Bill has close to 40 years of experience in the semiconductor industry including founding several Silicon Valley companies. Bill started in the industry as an LSI designer at American Microsystems. Since then he has held positions as design manager, applications manager, technical manager of a Japanese Design Center, VP of Engineering, and Director of Marketing, and CEO of several high-tech companies. His experience also includes CEO and founder of Array Technology (one of the first fabless semiconductor companies of high performance ASICs, and one of the first to implement a fully automated surface-mount manufacturing line in the US.) Bill received a BSEE degree from Santa Clara University.
Ryan Block, Vice President & General Manager
Ryan has been with RTI for over 10 years. Ryan heads up RTI's PCB design department, electronic assembly, and also serves as its chief PCB designer.
John Widmeyer, Vice President
John is Vice President and heads up RTI's mechanical design department, CNC machining operations, and mechanical assembly. John also serves as RTI's chief mechanical designer. John received a BSME degree from San Jose State.
David Dick, Director of Applications
Dave has over 35 years technical and management experience in the semiconductor industry including holding positions as Director of Advanced Technology at Fujitsu, Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Sensory Inc., Director of CAD development at VLSI (now Philips) and Vice President of Engineering at AMCC. Dave received a BSEE degree from Cal Poly.
Diane Kelly, Office Manager
Diane is RTI's office manager and accounting manger. Diane has many years experience in accounting and has been with RTI for over two years. Diane holds an accounting degree from San Jose State.
Lori Robson, Vice President Administration
Lori has over 30 years experience in finance and administration. She has worked at several Silicon Valley companies including holding positions as accounting manager at AMCC and Vice President of Administration at Array Technology.
