The MT Century tests devices with up to 96 contacts, and with 4 models available you're certain to find a system that matches your budget and your testing requirements. The MT Century performs with the same reliability, power, and software used on our larger pin count systems while using only one chassis. Like the other RTI curve tracers, the MT Century system is designed to interface with the 950 series test fixture and other dedicated fixtures.

MT Century Software
Every MT Century system is shipped with an LCD monitor, a computer running the essential MT Forms software and Windows XP Home (upgradeable to XP Professional).
MT Forms allows for:

- Save Pin maps
- Save results to .bmp format
- Print final reports

Available for QFP, BGA, QFN, LGA and most other package types from 1.0mm to 35mm in size and from 0.3mm to over 1.27mm in pitch. Looking for one socket to test multiple packages? Look no further than RTI's Universal BGA Socket to save time and money.
For maximum flexibility, the cable extender is connected to the 950 Series test fixture which can be used with any of the RTI mini cards. Interfacing via pogo pins, the min board may also be configured with heated bases, heated lids, or heat sink lid as as well as a selection of clip on and low profile lids. Depending on the socket, these boards may also be inverted for immediate access to the back-side of the package.
Customized boards can be supplied using RTI FA sockets or with a socket supplied by another vendor.
This simple accessory features a group of banana jacks that allow direct access to all of the system measurement and source nodes. Excellent accessory for hand testing or jumpering extra SMs to the fixture to extend the MT Century's test capabilities.
