All In One RF Fixture Box
RTI’s line of RF Fixture boxes allow for the testing of electronic components in a highly controlled environment. These compact, lightweight, semi-custom enclosures are designed to hold all of the driving components in an isolated area separate from the UUT, either behind or below the main chamber. Weighing nearly 20lbs (body alone) These fixtures can easily be moved by one person. “Ultra mini lid stay” hinges hold the lid open to allow full access to the product under test. RF gasket material fully seals the lid to the fixture base when closed. The large array of offset drilled holes allow for easy mounting of units under test and other electronics or fixtures.

- 17" wide x 19" deep x 8" high total footprint
- Constructed using heavy gage alodyne aluminium
- 1/4" thick aluminium bottom plate with X-Y grid of drilled and tapped holes for mounting standoffs, etc.

- Back panel machined to customer specification for connectors, fans power supplies, heaters, etc.
- Holes on sides of lid for fans
- RF Shields for fans
- Bottom of box can be expanded to incorporate test electronics, isolated from the main chamber

- Wave Guide RF Shield for cable entry
- 92mm exhaust fans push ~30cfm each
