BENCHTOP TEST PRESSES

Compact benchtop test presses consisting of two core components: dedicated bed of nails style interface module to engage with your UUT and a standardized test fixture base that houses the interface module and provides vertical compression force when closed.

ENGINEERED & MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE

Multi-purpose test press base is combined with an interchangeable device-specific interface module allowing a single press to be reused in a variety of applications. Test presses offer 100% vertical compression force when closed to eliminate sheer force on the UUT and interface modules are available in both single-site and multi-site test configurations depending on the number of test points and size of UUT.

Multi-purpose Fixture Bases

Ranging in size from 6in to 16in footprints and offering up to 4.1in of vertical working distance, a single test press base can accept multiple device-specific interface modules. Having a standardized platform can reduce your long-term cost-of-test since only new interface modules and lids with standoffs are required for purchase with each new UUT.

Bed of Nails Interface Modules

Our rapid swap bed of nails interface modules includes the electrical interconnect components that contact the bottom of your UUT. A variety of pogo pins and tip styles are available to meet your electrical requirements. Breakout boards in the interface module route signals to front-facing connectors or displays of choice and additional driver components required during test can be contained within

Mechanical Test Press Fixtures

Manual test presses use a lever located on the side of the fixture to provide compression force and engage the UUTs. With one-handed operation and no external systems required for use, manual presses are more flexible when it comes to benchtop placement than their pneumatic counterparts.

Pneumatic Benchtop Test Presses

Pneumatic presses use clean dry air and a piston to provide compression force and engage the UUT. The simple push-button operation makes pneumatic presses more favorable in high-volume testing, eliminating the repetitive action of using a manual lever to close the lid.
