Single lever operation and 100% vertical compression makes the manual test press an ideal solution for PCB, hybrid module, and high pin count device-level testing when complex test requirements cannot be met with a test socket and breakout board alone.

PRESS DESIGN

Manual test presses consist of a universal fixture base and interchangeable interface module. Our manually actuated test press bases range in size from 5.5 inches to 16+ inches to fit on your benchtop while containing all components required in your test setup.

Design Manual Test Presses to Your Needs

Manual test presses provide full capabilities for test point contacting both topside and backside of the Unit(s) Under Test. These test points can be pads designed specifically for test access as well as connectors and some SMT’s including Coax. The signal paths from the test point contacts can be implemented via dedicated PCB or hand-wired probes can be provided. There can be space under the fixture for electronics to support the test requirements with additional electrical access thru the Front or backside of the fixture.

Additional integration options are available for custom features such as RF shielding, pressure, temperature, light regulation, the inclusion of driver components, and more.
