MT CENTURY CURVE TRACER
Compact automated curve tracer that supports devices up to 96/100/108 pins.
MT Century System Components
Each curve trace model has a different system setup based on your device’s pin count. For the MT Century, the model’s system is comprised of a few separate pieces.
MT Century Automated Curve Tracer
The MT Century curve tracer is a compact benchtop model named after its pin count. It supports 96/100 pin devices and packages with some exceptions going up to 108 pins. This curve tracer is optimized for users with low pin count devices and utilizes the same applications as the larger models: the MultiTrace and MegaTrace.
The MT Century boasts an economic footprint for benchtop testing environments. Every MT Century is shipped with an LCD monitor, PC controller running the MultiTrace Software Suite, and the most recent Windows version.
The MT Century is an automated curve tracer used for unpowered and powered curve tracing, multiple testing configurations, and capabilities. See the curve trace configuration page to learn more about possible setups for your testing needs.

Cables
The MT Century uses two simplified cable interface systems to connect to your DUT board: Yamaichi cables and Native cables. The popular option is the Yamaichi cables connected with the 950 series test fixture.
DUT Boards
RTI also builds a range of small DUT boards to support your device or package in different test applications with the MT Century. R1 DUT boards consist a board with a single cable connector routed to a particular device or package sockets such as DIP sockets, ZIF sockets, PGA sockets, and more
