Low-profile breakout fixtures give you topside and backside access to the DUT and work equally well on the bench, with a probe station, or with your high-end inspection tools.


Focused on simple design and improved device access, the RSK-Series breakout fixtures were built with hand test, failure analysis and advanced inspection methods in mind. They feature a low profile 1.5” semi-custom test socket for any WLCSP or packaged device footprint with up to 384 channels and utilize a standard cable-connector based interface, making them a highly portable test solution for any lab.

RSK-Series Board Overview

All RSK-Series fixtures include these standard elements in different configurations depending on the model.

Standard & Custom Design Options

  • Compatible with all 1.5” RTI test socket designs, MultiTrace Curve Tracers, and 96 channel switchboxes
  • Custom standoff lengths between PCB and baseplate in 1/32” increments
  • Thumb screw assembly of board to baseplate for quick swapping between configurations (optional feature)

  • 96 channel, 100pin connectors installed on topside or bottom side of board
  • Header Pin Banks in close proximity to connector for manual probing or jumping
  • Heater block installed in socket with connector for use with RTI’s Temperature Controller Units
  • Higher pin count device testing available under certain conditions

Cables and Shorting Connectors

Standard cable lengths at 3ft and 6ft. Custom cable lengths between 1ft and 10ft

Shorting connectors – ties all signals on the connector to GND for rapid opens-diagnostics

    PCB Test Fixtures

    High-performance at a compact scale, our PCB test fixtures are built for singular and panelized PCB testing. Fixtures align and contact test points on your UUT(s) then route signals out to connectors of your choice.

    Mechanical Test Press Fixtures
