STEP 1: LISTEN & LEARN
Our knowledgeable Applications Engineers are ready to learn about your test configuration, fully understand your wants and needs in a test solution, and discuss your test requirements. After identifying the technical aspects of your project, we submit a quote for a working test solution that satisfies those requirements.
STEP 2: DESIGN
Upon receipt of your P.O., our mechanical engineers and PCB layout teams begin designing each component that goes into your test solution. Any mechanical drawings and PCB layouts involved in the proposed solution is submitted for your approval prior to manufacturing.
STEP 3: MANUFACTURING
After we receive your design approval, drawings are sent to our machine shop for manufacturing and PCB layout files are sent out for fabrication. Experienced CNC operators meticulously inspect each part for tolerance and fit accuracy before passing them to assembly.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLY & QA
Every test solution is manually assembled to specification and undergoes a strict quality assurance process to ensure it meets operational requirements. This typically involves first/last article inspection, fit testing with a sample device, an open/short test using a custom shorting block, and sometimes on-site operational testing with your team.
STEP 5: SHIPPING & AFTERCARE
The completed test solution is shipped directly from our door to your facilities anywhere in the world and is ready for use straight out of the box! Every RTI test solution is coupled with aftercare and support provided by the RTI engineers already familiar with your project.
