RTI exhibits at ISTFA 2026
We’re excited to share that Robson Technologies, Inc. (RTI) will once again be exhibiting at the International Symposium for Testing and Failure Analysis (ISTFA), taking place in San Antonio, Texas, from October 4–8, 2026.
Failure analysis often requires engineers to identify subtle electrical differences between known-good and suspect devices, isolate abnormal behavior, and determine where a failure may be occurring. As device complexity and pin counts increase, collecting and comparing that data manually can quickly become a time-consuming part of the investigation.
RTI’s MultiTrace automated curve tracer is designed to streamline this process by automating curve trace measurements across high pin count semiconductor devices. Instead of manually probing and recording individual measurements, engineers can use MultiTrace to capture electrical signatures across multiple pins and devices. DataTrace software works alongside MultiTrace to manage the collected curve trace data, enabling engineers to compare results and identify differences that may indicate defects, damage, or other electrical abnormalities. Together, MultiTrace and DataTrace help reduce manual testing while giving failure analysis engineers the electrical data they need to investigate device behavior more efficiently.
At ISTFA, we’ll be showcasing MultiTrace and DataTrace as part of the Tools of the Trade Tour. Attendees will be able to see the system in operation through a live demonstration and get a closer look at how automated curve tracing and data analysis can be incorporated into real-world failure analysis workflows. Watch the video below to sneak a peek! Our team will also be available to discuss specific applications, test requirements, and failure analysis challenges.
We look forward to connecting with the failure analysis community and sharing how RTI’s testing capabilities can support more efficient semiconductor analysis. Visit us at booth 321 in San Antonio to see MultiTrace and DataTrace in action.

Curve Trace Hardware and Software Demos
RTI will be exhibiting a complete MultiTrace system with live previews of our new software update: DataTrace. Our software update automates and streamlines the process of curve tracing for high-pin count devices. It simplifies the process for test engineers to collect and analyze data from IV curve traces and write reports.
